Shock and confusion

I realized once again that the world will continue to produce wonders
without me having to buy anything. It's kind of amazing when I think
of the implications. If only I could be frozen (or maybe just sleep
for 20 hours a day) through the next 10 or 20 years, I would be
astounded at the awesome stuff people came out with. Or my sleep
capsule would be consumed in wild fires heralding the end of
civilization.

Have you seen "The Road"? I saw a bad copy of that the other day, but
it had Viggo Mortensen in it, so it's probably a good movie. I judge
movies based on the actors in them, it's true.

I was talking to a friend of mine about how little I date and he told
me that I should set aside money for dating, which is advice I have
heard before but in this case he said that I should take money that I
would otherwise spend on games and computer stuff, then ask girls out
and only spend the money on other stuff if they say no. If I don't
ask anyone out I wouldn't get the money. I was kind of excited by the
idea, since then I totally have a reason to ask out girls who I would
otherwise be worried would turn me down, and maybe I'll get lucky one
of those times and actually get a date with someone I like.

But right now there aren't any girls I like that I can ask out in the
near future, considering my geographic circumstances.

Happy Easter

I feel like I have to walk kind of funny after eating lots of candy
and stuff. Like my thighs are rubbing together or something. Weird.
But on the bright side we did get easter candy for easter, so that's
nice. Later today I'll pretend like I'm watching Ben Hur or 10
Commandments to fully commemorate the holiday.
